- capability to penetrate existing physical security systems
- risk of terrorist attack to which personnel & assets are exposed
Define FPCON normal
When a global threat of possible terrorist activity exist& warrants a routine security posture
Define FPCON alpha
Increased general threat of possible terrorist activity against personnel or facilities
Define FPCON bravo
When an increased or more predictable threat or terrorist activity exist
Define FPCON Charlie
When an incident occurs or intelligence is received indicating some form of terrorist action or targeting against personnel or facilities are likely
Define FPCON delta
Applied in the immediate area where a terrorist attack has occurred or when intelligence is received that terrorist actin against a specific location or person is immenent
