AGENDA MESSAGE: Comes out 60days prior to the TRR convene date. It updates and confirms the ANNOUNCMENT MESSAGE. It lists the SMEs who are going to which command to conduct the TRR.
TRR ACTION CHIT MESSAGE: Summary message, comes out after the completion of the TRR.
