Enlarged taste buds/papillae
No active management is required
remember if symmetry on right and left lateral tongue then most likely normal
what is this?
traumatised vallate papillae
what is the treatment for traumatised papillae?
Eliminate any obvious cause of trauma then review after 2 weeks
If no improvement or gotten worse or no pain then biopsy
what is this?
Blister/bullus/bullae
what are the symptoms of a blister?
pain
remember if pain then likely not malignant
