Age 45-75
Colonoscopy every 10 year with yearly FOBT
Breast CA
USPTF vs. ACS
USPTF: Age 50-74 Mammogram every 2 years
ACS: Age 45-55 Yearly mammogram, every 2 years when >55 with 10+ year life expectancy
Lung Cancer
Age 50-80 with 20 pack year history of have quit within last 15 years
Annual LDCT
Cervical CA
Age 21: cytology every 3
Age 30-65: Cytology every 3 or every 5 with HPV co-testing
Prostate CA
High risk start at what age
Average risk start at what age
No routine screening PSA/DRE
High risk: Age 40 with AA, 1st degree relative
Average risk: Age 55-69
Ovarian CA
No routine screening
Complete TVUS + Ca 125 if risk factors (BRCA, 1st degree relative)
HIV
All pregnant patients
Everyone age 15-65 at least once
Chlamydia and Gonorrhea
NAAT
< 25: Yearly if sexually active or pregnant
> 25: Yearly if increased risk or pregnant
Syhpilis
Rapid Plasma Reagin or VDRL
Screen anyone at increased risk or pregnant
Diabetes
Age 35-70 with BMI >/= 25
A1C every 3 years
Gestation DM: Screen at 24-26 weeks with OGTT
HTN
Adults >/= 18
Start routine screening at age 3
BP at every visit and with at-home measurements if increased
HLD
Age 40-75
Yearly lipid panels if risk factors
Lipid panel every 5 years if no risk
Annual calculation of ASCVD
AAA
Men age 65-75 who have every smokes
Abdominal US once
Osteoporosis
Women 65+ or older with GRAX >20% or low trauma fractures
DEXA every 2 year
Depression
PHQ2 then 9, Edinburg postnatal depression scale
Screen at every annual wellness visit
All pregnant patients and check-ups
All postpartum patients at wellness and well child checks
