Pork Fat Fried Almonds
Roasted Almonds tossed in smoky bacon fat with bacon bits, rosemary and garlic
Oysters
Our oysters are flown in fresh from all over the country. Our main supplier is Meta4 run by Eric Geishbrecht, a small local supplier. Check daily selection
Served with: Fresh grated horseradish, lemon wedges and a mignonette sauce
Mignonette is a traditional accompaniment to oysters and is made with red wine vinegar, black pepper and diced shallots
Serving Size: Can be ordered individually, by the half dozen and dozen
Popcorn
Fresh popped popcorn tossed in brown butter and sea salt
Fries
8oz of our house cut fries blanched to order and served with Sriracha aioli
Duck nuggets
Duck confit mixed with onions, garlic, herbs and spices formed into nuggets. The nuggets are breaded and deep fried to order. We will serve five nuggets per order and they are served with our house made Dijon dip.
Dijon Dip: house made beer mustard mixed with smooth Dijon, honey and maple syrup.
Grilled chili shrimp
5 large grilled prawns (served hot) tossed in fermented chili sauce, lime juice and oil
Served with: Lime cilantro yogurt
Fermented Chili Sauce: Fermented Soy beans, Chili and Garlic
Tater tots
Deep fried potato tater tots (a Sysco product) served with Franks Red Hot and House made Ranch
Ranch Dip: A mix of mayo, buttermilk, sour cream, garlic, onion powder and dill
Note: Not gluten friendly
Beer Cheese Spread and Pretzel Bread:
House made beer cheese and pretzel bread crostini. Beer cheese is made of a mixture of cottage cheese, aged white cheddar and beer. It’s pureed till smooth and left to hang for a day to mature and set up in texture
Note: Gluten free crostini are available
Serving Size: 4oz of cheese in a small mason jar, pretzel bread crostini and dill pickle spears
Scotch eggs
Soft boiled free range egg wrapped in our house made all natural pork sausage, breaded with panko bread crumb and deep fried.
Sausage mix is made up of ground pork, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne and Worcestershire.
Note: Yolk should be runny still, Not Gluten friendly.

2 bite corn dogs
Locally made Swiss and bacon smokie (beef and pork) dipped in a batter made of cornmeal, bacon fat, milk, flour salt and cayenne pepper.
Serving Size: 3pc served with Sriracha mayo (a mayonnaise dip with sriracha hot sauce, salt, pepper and lime juice)
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
6oz of roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with walnuts and garnished with chili maple syrup
