Quinoa and Bacon Salad
Spinach tossed in poppy seed vinaigrette, wine braised leeks, chervil and garnished with chunks of bacon
Poppy seed Vinaigrette: Sherry Vinegar, Grape seed Oil, Poppy seeds, salt and pepper
What can you add to all salads and how can salads be served?
All salads can have Pulled Chicken added on.
All are served in large oval bowls but can be added as a side to burgers and sandwiches
Pear and Walnut Salad
Arugula tossed in Goat Cheese vinaigrette, garnished with slices of pear and candied walnuts
Goat Cheese Vinaigrette: Buttermilk, Goat Cheese, White Wine Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Sugar and Salt

Crispy Pork Belly Caesar Salad
Romaine hearts, chopped boiled egg, pork belly lardons, Parmigiano reggiano cheese, white anchovy, and croutons tossed in our house made Caesar dressing
Caesar dressing: Canola oil, egg yolk, anchovy, garlic confit, lemon juice, capers, Parmigiano reggiano, salt and pepper
Note: fish allergy, can be made without croutons to be gluten free
Beet Salad
Spinach and arugula tossed with citrus vinaigrette, roasted beets, orange segments and goat cheese.
The salad is garnished with pistachios.
