Ingredients

-1.5oz Jim Beam White Cap bourbon

-.75 strawberry puree
Method

• add all ingredients in 500ml mason jar
• add ice
• seal with lid and shake vigorously for 10 seconds

Dark n Stormy

Size - 500ml mason jar
Ingredients

• 1.5oz goslings black rum
• .75oz lime juice
• 2 dashes angostura bitters (NO MORE OR LESS)

-grizzly paw gingerale
Method

• add all ingredients (excluding gingerale) in 500ml mason jar
• add ice
• top with grizzly paw gingerale

Ingredients

• 1 oz Tito’s vodka (or Banff Ice)
• .5oz triple sec
• 3oz pink lemonade
• Splash of blanche de chambly

Method

-add all ingredients(excluding blanche de chambly)

• add ice
• top with blanche de chambly

Pimm’s Cup

Size - 500ml mason jar

Ingredients

• 1.5oz pimms
• .75oz lemon juice
• 1 orange wedge + 2 Cucumber wheel
• grizzly paw gingerale

Method

• muddle 1 Orange and 1 Cucumber in mason jar
• add all ingredients (excluding gingerale)
• add ice
• top with grizzly paw gingerale

Size - 500ml

Ingredients

• 1.5oz Vodka (Tito’s or Banff Ice)
• tobasco, worchestershire & horseradish
• clamato
• 606 pale ale
• seasoning salt

Method

• wet glass with lime wedge, rim & drop lime in
• add all ingredients (excluding beer) to mason jar
• add ice
• top with beer (leave room for garnish) & stir well

Garnish - celery stalk & cheese/pickle/chorizo skewer

Bellini

Size – 500ml mason jar

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz beefeater gin
• 3 oz white peach puree
• 3 oz Ceres peach juice
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 3 oz Prosecco

Method

• add all ingredients in mason jar (excluding Prosecco)
• add ice

-seal with lid and shake
vigorously for 10 seconds

-top with 3 oz Prosecco and stir

Ingredients

• 2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon or Alberta Premium
• 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Orange Peel

Method

• add Orange Peel, Bitters, and Simple Syrup to glass
• Gently muddle to release oils
• Add 2 oz of spirit
• Add 3 Kold Draft ice cubes
• Stir for 15-20 sec

Garnish - 3 Morello Cherries on skewer

Ingredients

• 1 oz Beefeater Gin
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz Cinzano Rosso Sweet Vermouth
• 1 Orange Peel

Method

• Add all spirits to glass
• Add 3 Kold Draft ice cubes

-Express oils from orange peel
and add to glass

-Stir for 15-20 sec
