Tell me about the beef used for our burgers

A

For our burgers we use chuck and cure it overnight with salt, we then grind in house in the morning and form into patties. We are able to take temperatures on our beef burger just like a steak.

What’s in the veg burger?

A

A mixture of chickpea, black bean, panko bread crumb, egg, sautéed carrots, onion and celery, garlic, cilantro, parsley, salt and pepper.
Served on the same bun as above but with avocado as well

A

5oz of pulled chicken marinated in Sate sauce served hot on a ciabatta with kewpie (Japanese) mayo, pickled carrots, cucumber, onion, cilantro, birds’ eye chilies and peanuts.

Sate Sauce: lemongrass, garlic, shallots, birds’ eye chilies, fish sauce and sugar

What’s in the Tuna Melt?

A

Yellow fin tuna slowly cooked in olive oil, garlic, lemon and herbs. The tuna is then flaked and mixed with QP mayo, pickles, capers, lemon and herbs. 4oz of tuna stacked on half of a ciabatta topped with two slices of cheddar and melted in the cheese melter.
