A

Px- (like Modified Thomas Test)Supine at the edge of table-knee FL to chest- outer leg drop over the edge of the table

Positive- Pain
*Ipsilateral innominate - Anteriorly rotate
Contralateral innominate - Stabilized

Sit up test

A

Iliosacral dysfunction / anterior-posterior Sagitta rotation

  1. Px- Supine with knee FL
  2. Bridge - buttocks down (relaxation)
  3. Th - passively EX px leg and palate medial malleoli
  4. Px - Rise 腹筋 (sitting position)
  5. Th - Watch the movement to medial malleoli
  • Start Short - end Long=Posterior Sagittal Rotation
    Start Long - end Short= Anterior Sagittal Rotation
