Px- Supine
Th Crossed arm on px ASIS - Pressure DOWN and OUT

Pelvic Compression / Approximation Test
Sacroiliac lesion
Px- side lying
Th- Push iliac crest toward table
Positive
1. Pain
- Only need to be done on one side - being tested at same time
Gaenslen’s sign
SI joint dysfunction
Px- (like Modified Thomas Test)Supine at the edge of table-knee FL to chest- outer leg drop over the edge of the table
Positive- Pain
*Ipsilateral innominate - Anteriorly rotate
Contralateral innominate - Stabilized
Sit up test
Iliosacral dysfunction / anterior-posterior Sagitta rotation
- Px- Supine with knee FL
- Bridge - buttocks down (relaxation)
- Th - passively EX px leg and palate medial malleoli
- Px - Rise 腹筋 (sitting position)
- Th - Watch the movement to medial malleoli
- Start Short - end Long=Posterior Sagittal Rotation
Start Long - end Short= Anterior Sagittal Rotation
