What is Rhum Agricole?
Agricole is fermented and distilled from pure sugar cane juice, a style made principally in the French territories of the Caribbean. It is distilled to a slightly lower ABV than what’s typical for molasses-based Rums, allowing the grassy funky flavors to shine through

A Brazilian spirit made from fresh sugarcane juice, often bottled with little or no aging in barrel. Best enjoyed in a caipirinha.

What is the most traditional way to enjoy Rhum Agricole in a cocktail?
‘Ti Punch (petit punch)
National cocktail of Martinique and Guadeloupe. Traditionally built in the glass - squeeze half a lime, add 1 or 2 bar spoons of syrup, and 2 ounces of Rhum Agricole.. stir. Forgoing the ice is tradition, but… we like ice.
What is cocktail is Cachaca most strongly associated with?

Basically like a daiquiri, but make it Brazilian. Quarter a lime, put in glass with 2 teaspoons of sugar. Muddle until well juiced. Add cachaca and ice.
Stir to mix and garnish with a lime wedge.
