Rule 3.4

A

When work is essential to restore ROMP supplies for certain work , during a period a PFW is in force,following precautions shall be applied

  • an Approved ROMP procedure shall be provided and observed, specified requirements necessary to maintain SFTS, during ROMP restored.
  • no other PFW or SFW shall be in force on same items of HV equipment.

What is rule 3.5

A

When working on HV equipment requires the removal of primary earths, SFW shall be issued. provided SFTS is maintained the following precaution shall be applied

  • The primary is that may be removed or placed during the work shall be identified
  • Essential supplies which may be restored to enable the work to take place shall be defined and by an approved ROMP procedure
  • Work shall be carried out in accordance an ASFW procedure
  • No other PFW or SFW shall co-exist within the same zone established by points of isolation except under an approved procedure
