RNP, Equipments required to operate in P-RNAV airspace

A

• 1 RNAV system:

  • 1 FMGC
  • 1 MCDU
  • 1 GPS or 1 VOR and 1 DME for FM navigation update
  • 2 IRS
  • 1 FD in NAV mode

• In addition:

  • PF side: PFD and ND must be operative
  • PNF side: 1 of the EFIS must be operative (display ND using PFD/ND transfer switch)
  • GPS may be required for RNP-1 terminal procedures
