What is the three lines model?
- We all act as the first line
- In the second line, our people in Districts, Service Centres & PNHQ oversee risk & application of risk controls
- Third line is provided by the Assurance Group
What is the difference between threats & hazards?
Threats - human
Hazards - non-human (geological faults, river, substance)
Threats are usually expressed as intent x capability
