Not only be addressed at the conclusion but form part of the daily operation.

Section 86 - Evacuation of premises and places
If a state of emergency is in place a constable to direct
the evacuation of any place, including a public place
remove persons or vehicles from premises, including public places

Section 87 - Entry on premises
In a state of emergency this power allows you to break into any premises, using as much force as you believe is reasonable to:
save life, prevent injury, rescue or remove injured or endangered people

Section 88 - Closing roads and public places
In a state of emergency this power allows you to prohibit or restrict public access (with or without vehicles) to any road or public place

Section 89 - Removal of aircraft, vessels, vehicles etc
In a state of emergency, this section gives you the power to use force to break into and remove any aircrafts, vessels, vehicles etc

Section 90 - Requisitioning powers
Under a state of emergency, this power allows you to requisition anything, providing the owner with a written statement specifying what was taken (or as soon as reasonably practicable) and your name

Section 91 - Power to give directions
While in a state of emergency, this section gives you the power to stop any activity that may cause or contribute to an emergency

Section 92 - Power to carry out inspections
Under a state of emergency this power gives you the power to examine, mark, seize, sample, secure, disinfect or destroy property, animal or other thing

Section 93 - Person exercising emergency powers to provide proof of ID?
Have on them evidence of ID
And if requested state a general explanation of the authority / powers they are acting upon
Does a person commit an offence if they intentionally do not comply with a requirement under a civil emergency management plan?
Yes
Section 95
If they threaten, assault or obstruct an officer in their duty they also commit an offence
