• Wrist Tenderness

• Horners syndrome: Partial ptosis, anhidrosis, miosis
• Nasal Polyps, Septal deviation, engorged turbinates
• Central Cyanosis
• Reddening of the pharynx

• Chest expansion, should be less than 5cm, make sure thumbs aren’t touching the chest

Percussion superclavicular, 3rd ish ICS, 6th rib and auxiliary
Percussion sides (2 on left 3 on right) and on back
Auscultation in same spots, berthing in and out for both, and then saying 99 for vocal resonance
