Phenytoin - fetal hydantoin syndrome. Lithium - Ebstein anamoly. Statins - CNS and limb abnormalities (cat x). Warfarin - facial/lim/CNS anaomalies, sponatneous abortion. Isotretinoin - (Cat X) spontaneous abortions (Neural crest cell migration). Diethylstilbestrol (DES) - clear cell vaginal adenocarcinoma. Thalidomide - phocomelia
