Tamoxifen. Antagonist on breast, agonist in uterus (increase risk of endometrial cancer)
Postmenopausal women with breast cancer. MoA of Drugs?
Anastrozole, exemestane (aromatase inhibitors)
Reduces growth and increases vascularization of endometrium?

Pt comes in with Heavy bleeding, nausea, vomiting, and without an appetite after abortion. MoA of Drug given?
Mifepristone. Competitive inhibitor of progesterone

Do not given to smokers, estrogen-dependent cancer pts, or pts with clotting disorder?
