What is the induction treatment?
Methylprednisolone + basiliximab/thymoglobulin
What is the maintenance treatment?

Calcineurin inhibitor - tacrolimus, cyclosporin
Antimetabolite medications - mycophenolate, azathioprine
Rapamycin inhibitors - sirolimus, everolimus
