A

He translated Vesalius’s book into French and English so the book now circulated around Europe. Inspired other surgeons to use his methods which were less painful. He also designed artificial limbs and used ligatures to help keep wounds together.

What useful things did Vesalius do to help medical process?

A

Promoted dissection, found some of Galen’s findings wrong.
His illustrations were used in medical textbooks (spread of knowledge) which were given to barber surgeons in London.
He also showed others how to complete proper dissections.
