Scotland argued that due to the way that scotland was funded even legislation they may only affect England could end up affecting Scotlands funding
the act was repealed in 2021 an therefore is no longer used

moved Wales to a ‘ reserved matters model’ the same as Scotland meaning it could rule on any matter that was not reserved for UK parliament to rule on (opposed to a ‘ conferred matters model’)
further eroded asymmetrical devolution in the UK
changed the name of National Assembly for Wales to the welsh parliament from may 2020
