A

You are creating leverage by containing the attacker with your legs and using the counter tensions of pressing into the floor with your feet and shoulders while pressing your hips up and pulling back on the attackers arm with their thumb to the sky attempting to causing pain and bending the elbow joint in the unnatural direction.

How is double opponent sparring different than fighting two people on the street?

A

sparring is done in a controlled environment for a means of training. Street fighting has no rules and is intended to cause harm.

Why is leverage more important than strength when throwing a larger opponent?

A

with leverage you are able to use your full body power against your opponent. With leverage you also can causing pain that will shift focus causing the opponent to lose focus giving you a moment to be in control.
