Trachea - airway

Cervical spine - protects the spinal cord with connects the to the Brain at the base of the skull. 7 cervical vertebrae enable blood to flow to the brain and nerve roots to exit the spinal cord.

Carotid Artery - carries blood to the brain

Jugular Vein - drains the blood from brain

Cervical Plexus - c1 - c5 branches supply motor and sensory to the neck.
