Symmetrical Bilateral Digit pain and colour changes lasting for few minutes.

White (Poor flow)
Blue (Venous stasis)
Red (Re-Warming Hyperaemia)

Nail fold Capillaroscopy

Non idiopathic Raynauds presentation
A
Asymmetrical usually effecting a few digits, Usually lasts several hours.

SLE
Scleroderma
Sjorjens Syndrome

Treatment
A
Keep warm, Stop smoking
Treat underlying disease if applicable.
CCB (Amlodopine)
PDE 5 (Findenafil)
Prostacyclins
