What is the pathology of RPGN?
Break down of the GBM causing protein and blood to move out
- Macrophages and monocytes move out
- These proliferate in bowman’s space
Symptoms?
AKI
Tiredness
Anorexia
NEPHROTIC SYNDROME
Signs?
Haematuria
Proteinuria
Tests?
Renal biopsy
What should be done with the renal biopsy?
Histology
Electronmicroscopy
Immunofluorescence
