A
Origin:
- Posterior surface of ulna and radius
- Interosseous membrane
Insertion:
- Lateral aspect of base of 1st metacarpal 
Action:
- Abducts the 1st metacarpal
- Radially deviates the wrist
- Assists to extend & rotate the thumb
- Flexes the wrist 
Nerve:
- Radial 
- C6,7,8
