Adductor magnus

A
Origin:
- Anterior fibers: inferior pubic ramus
- Posterior fibers: ischial tuberosity
- Oblique fibers: ischial ramus
Insertion:
- Proximal 1/3 of linea aspera
- Adductor tubercle
Action:
- Adducts hip
- Posterior fibers extend and laterally rotate the hip
Nerve:
- Anterior fibers: obturator
- Posterior fibers: tibial

Adductor longus

A
Origin:
- Anterior surface of pubis, just inferior to the pubic ramus
Insertion:
- Medial lip of linea aspera on middle half of femur
Action:
- Adducts hip
- Flexes hip (from extended position)
Nerve:
- Obturator
- L2-4

A
Origin:
- Body & inferior pubic ramus
Insertion:
- Superior portion of linea aspera
Action:
- Adducts hip
- Flexes hip (from extended position)
Nerve:
- Obturator
- L2-4

Origin:
- Inferior pubic ramus
Insertion:
- Medial surface of proximal tibia, inferior to tibial condyle
- Contributes to pes anserine
Action:
- Adducts hip
- Flexes knee
- Medially rotates tibia
Nerve:
- Obturator
- L2-4
