- Is this as bad as your asthma gets?
- Are Sx getting better / worse?

Differential Diagnoses
A
- Anaphylaxis (similar hyperreactive inflammatory response)
- Arrhythmia (can also cause SOB)
- Chest infection e.g. bronchitis, pneumonia
- Anxiety (can lead to hyperventilation, sometimes mistaken for asthma)

- Do you use home O2? If so, how much and how often?

- arrhythmia
Increased intravascular volume:
- non/compliance w/ fluid restriction +/- diuretics
- renal failure
