Undifferentiated N & V points?

A
  • Ondansetron 4mg ODT,
    Rpt dose: 4mg @ 5-10/60, Max: 8mg
  • CI to Ondansetron, AND > 21 yrs, Prochlorperazine 12.5mg IM
  • Adequate perfusion but significant dehydration:
    » N/S 20mL/kg over 30/60
  • Less than adequate perfusion:
    » N/S 40mL/kg TTR (Consult / give further N/S 20mL/kg to Max: 60mL/kg)
  • No ODT / IV insitu:
    » Ondansetron 8mg IV slow push
