- Ondansetron 4mg ODT,
Rpt dose: 4mg @ 5-10/60, Max: 8mg - CI to Ondansetron, AND > 21 yrs, Prochlorperazine 12.5mg IM
- Adequate perfusion but significant dehydration:
» N/S 20mL/kg over 30/60 - Less than adequate perfusion:
» N/S 40mL/kg TTR (Consult / give further N/S 20mL/kg to Max: 60mL/kg) - No ODT / IV insitu:
» Ondansetron 8mg IV slow push
