Titrate to 92-96% with:

  • NC @ 2-6 L/min, or
  • SFM @ 5-10 L/min

A
  1. NRB @ 10-15 L/min (consider BVM if inadequate Vt)
  2. Titrate to 92-96% once stable
  3. Deterioration&raquo_space; BVM (+/- SGA insertion)
