A
Titrate to 92-96% with:
- NC @ 2-6 L/min, or
- SFM @ 5-10 L/min

- NRB @ 10-15 L/min (consider BVM if inadequate Vt)
- Titrate to 92-96% once stable
- Deterioration»_space; BVM (+/- SGA insertion)
