A
- In the setting of potential Major Trauma, Pt considered Time Critical if ANY of:
- HR <60 or >120
- RR <10 or > 30
- SBP <90
- SpO2 <90%
- GCS <13 (>=16 yr)
- GCS <15 (<=15 yr)

- All Penetrating Injuries
(except superficial limb injuries) - Blunt Injuries
