A
  • In the setting of potential Major Trauma, Pt considered Time Critical if ANY of:
  • HR <60 or >120
  • RR <10 or > 30
  • SBP <90
  • SpO2 <90%
  • GCS <13 (>=16 yr)
  • GCS <15 (<=15 yr)

A
H - high voltage burn injury (>1000 volts)
S - susp. SCI / spinal #
P - pelvic #
B - burns > 20% TBSA (>10% <=15 yr) or 
     susp. R.T. burns
S - serious crush injury
L - limb amputation / limb threatening injury
M - major open # / open dislocation
F - (bones) fracture to > 2 of F/T/H
