Qualify:

A

Dominant hand:
Q handshape.
Non-dominant hand: nothing.
Orientation: Have the back of the hand up. The fingers would be pointing to the side if they were fully extended. Spin the hand in a circle using the wrist and then place the side of the index finger against the top of the non-dominant hand side of the chest.
Notes: Circle movement not required. It also means “qualified” and “quality”.

Place the side of the pinky of the dominant hand on top of the side of the index finger of the non-dominant hand. Then pull the hands away from each other. Each hand should stop at their respective side of the chest with the back up, and fingers pointed outwards.
