- Aortic regurgitation
- Patent Ductus Arteriosus
- Hyperkinetic (anaemia, Thyrotoxic, fever, exercise/pregnancy)

A
A greater than normal (10mmHg) fall in systolic BP during inspiration (also a drop in pulse wave amplitude.)

- Asthma/COPD
- Cardiac Tamponade

A regular alternation of the force of the arterial pulse
Severe LVF with poor prognosis.
