  • glibness/superficial charm: grandiose sense of self worth, need for stim, proneness to boredom, pathological lying, conning/manipulative, lack of remorse/guilt, shallow affect, callous/lack of empathy, parasitic lifestyle
  • poor behavioural control/impulsivity: promiscuous sexual behaviour, early behaviour probs, lack of realistic long term goals, failure to accept responsibility, many short term marital probs, juvenile delinquency, revocation of conditional release, criminal versatility

A
  • sociopaths: less organized/nervous/easily agitated, quick to display anger, spontaneous (w/out thinking of consequences), forms attachments and can feel guilt/remorse for hurting someone they have a deep bond with. the antisocial behaviour can lesson overtime with learning to avoid consequences of actions
  • psychopaths: callous/charming, can mimic feelings to blend in, organized, good emotional and physical control, aware that what they are doing is wrong and does not care
