what is schizoaffective disorder?

genuine abnormal perceptions and mood problem, treat with antipsychotics and antidepressants respectively.

haloperidol, nitrofuantoin, hypo electrolytes, hypothermia, MI, erythromycin+phenylphenadine (often co-prescribed!)

why is prolonged QTc dangerous?

could>torsades de pointes>ventricular tachy>vent fib and cardiac arrest
