What is psychological intimidation?
Non-verbal actions or postures, body language that may indicate a person’s readiness to fight.
What is verbal Non-compliance?
Threats against a person and verbal statements indicating a refusal to follow lawful instructions.
What is passive resistance?
Subject refuses to cooperate without taking any physical action to interfere with attempts to lawfully detain or otherwise control them.
What is defensive physical resistance?
Attempts by a person to resist an authorised persons effort to control them using defensive physical actions, for example pulling or pushing without actually attempting to strike.
What is active physical aggression?
Physical attack on authorised person intended to defeat the authorised person’s effort to control him or her with the attempt to injure them.
What is aggravated physical aggression?
The persons use of physical force with weapons or techniques, that could cause bodily harm or death.
