we should encourage them to find a better way of making a living since Jesus showed compassion to these
individuals

It is condemned in the Torah and by Jews today
since in biblical times it was often attached to
places of worship as a sign of how corrupt the
people were.

It is a serious crime in Muslim
countries and condemned in the
Qur’an and is dealt with very
severely. It is a total misuse of
one of Allah’s greatest gifts.
hindu
Most Hindus disapprove of having sexual union with a
prostitute and they are taught to control sexual desire
and lust since sex should be within marriage.
Hinduism encourages compassion and acceptance of
all people as children of Brahman.
They do not condemn prostitutes since each person
will have to face the consequences of their actions in
this life and in future reincarnations.
