Ageism is discrimination against people because of their age.
Prejudice
Prejudice is an unfair, intolerant attitude towards others and
involves making a judgement about others that is not based
on accurate information.
Discrimination
Discrimination occurs when people take action that is based
on prejudices.
Stereotyping
Stereotyping takes place when we have a mental picture and
then apply that to all group members, although everyone is
different.
