Q

What is concurrent delay?

A

When one or more events occur at the same time are caused by different parties involved in a project.

Q

How would you compile a new programme?

A
  • Understand purpose / detail required.
  • Activities identified, key milestones, contract requirements
  • Assign durations
  • Activities would be allocated into RIBA stages.
  • Understand relationships between activities (predecessors etc)
  • Any float / contingency could then be identified.
  • Issue to wider team for comment.
