Procurement Process Flashcards
Why
Understanding the procurement process will allow HP to assist the customer with building a business case for a specific audience, identify potential hurdles, and forecast accurately. Ultimately, it can be understood how HP can help the customer influence final decision makers and navigate the procurement process as efficiently as possible
Potential questions
Once a solution is recommended for signature, what happens next?
Does anyone need to review the proposal?
Does the proposal need to go to the board?
Does operations need to review language in the contract?
Does the contract need to go to legal review?
Once everything is approved who will sign?
Does the signer require a process for them to review?
Is there a budget already in place for the solution?
Is there a budget cycle that needs to be accounted for?
