A

Asymptomatic

How is PBC Investgated

A

Raised LFT w/ low albumin
Rule out Hepatitis
Serology = AMA antibodies
1st = USS (exclude Extrahepatic Cholesatis)
Gold = Liver biopsy (Shows portal infiltration, Granulomas and fibrosis)
