- Depression and anxiety

How can PMS be managed conservatively?
A
- Exercise, relaxation, yoga, breathing, healthy diet, sleep hygiene, alcohol avoidance
- CBT

How can PMS be managed medically?
A
- Vitamin B6
- Combined hormonal contraception
- Low dose SSRI
- Estradiol patches with Mirena IUD or cyclical progesterone
- High dose SSRI
- GnRH analogue injections
