Direct Air Support Center is established by the MASS. We talk to them on the TATC.
What does TACC stand for and what agency estabilshes them?
Tactical Air Command Center is established by the MTACS (Marine Tactical Air Command Squadron).
What is procedural control and positive control
Procedural control directs aircraft using predetermined routes, ROE, SOP and altitudes and is control by DASC
Positive control is done by visual or electronic means. It is done by Air Boss or TACC.
What does TACP mean and what does it do?
Tactical air control party. It is the liason between the GCE and the air control agencies.
What does TAOC mean and what does it do?
Tactical air operations center, performs airspace survellience, air detection and control, information exchange and weapons systems integration in support of the MAGTF.

What is the purpose of escort?
