go to theatre to repair a tear

A
platelets
transexamic acid

ask midwives if complete membrane delivery
If not may need to go to theatre

IV syntocinin bolus then infusion
IV ergometrine (not in hypertensives)
Umevate, misoprostol, carboprost and transexamic acid may also be needed
