PAIN
PYREXIA - infective (wound), noninfective (PE,transfusion)
TACHYCARDIA - infection, arrhythmias,
COUGH (SOB) - pneumonia, lobar collapse, embolus, heart failure,
COLLAPSE - hypovolaemic shock, sepsis, MI, PE, CVA, anaphylaxis
NAUSEA - drugs, bowel obstruction, haematemesis,
POOR URINE OUTPUT - diminished production, hypotensive
MENTAL STATE CHANGES - disorientation, dehydration, hypoxia, infection, confusion
