Bicep Femoris (long)- O, I, IN, A
O- ish tub (inf/med), Sacrotuberous lig and semitendinosis tendon
I- Head of fibula, Fibular collat lig, lat condyle of tibia
IN- Sciatic nerve (tib div) L5,S1,S2
A- Flexes leg, lat rotates flexed leg
Biceps Femoris (short)- O, I, IN, A
O- linea aspea (lat), lat surpacondylar line, lat intermusc septum
I- Head of fibula, Fibular collat lig, lat condyle of tibia
In- Sciatic (fib) L5, S1, S2
A- Flexes leg, lat rotates flexed leg
Semitendinosus- O, I, IN, A
O- ish tub (sup med), common w long head of bicep femoris
I- Proximal medial shaft of tibia, Post to gracilis + sartoriasis as pes anserinus
In- Sciatic (tib) L5,S1,S2
A- extend thigh, flex leg, medially rotate flexed leg
Semimembranosus- O, I, IN, A
O- ish tub (sup lat)
I- Medial tibial condyle (post), popliteal fascia, crural fascia, Tibial collateral lig
IN- Sciatic (tib) L5, S1, S2
A- extend thigh, flex leg, medially rotate flexed leg
Popliteus- O, I, IN, A
O- lat femoral condyle (lat), lat aspect of knee joint, lat meniscus
I-Post surface of tibia (sup to soleal line)
IN- Tibial nerve (l4,5,s1)
A- flexes leg at knee, pulls lat meniscus post, unlocks knee joint
