Nulliparity, early menarche, late menopause, Tamoxifen, PCOS. obesity
Other: Lunch, diabetes, hypertension

What is the management of endometrial hyperplasia without atypia?

Answer 3

Progesterone for 6 months
1st line = Mirena
2nd line = oral progesterone

What is the management of endometrial hyperplasia with atypia?

Hysterectomy + BSO
