What are the criteria for expectant management?

Answer 2

Clinically stable and pain free
Unruptured ectopic less than 35mm with no FH
BHCG less than 1,000 (can consider if bHCG <1,500)

Question 3

What are the criteria for medical management?

Answer 3

Unruptured ectopic less than 35mm and no FH
BHCG less than 1,500 (can consider if bHCG up to 5,000)
No significant pain

Question 4

What are the criteria for surgical management?

Answer 4

Significant pain
Ruptured, or FH, or more than 35mm
HD instability
