A
Oral Aciclovir
(to be started within 5 days of symptom onset)

What is the management of primary herpes prior to 28 weeks gestation?
A
Oral Aciclovir (7-10 days as per BNF)
Then Aciclovir from 36 weeks onwards

What is the management of primary herpes after 28 weeks gestation?
A
Continuous Aciclovir until delivery by CS
