What is a soil stack?
Vertical drain pipe that carries soil waste from sanitary units (I.e. toilets). Often also referred to as the main stack in houses. (Bigger takes stuff)

Any other vertical drain pipe that doesn’t carry soil from a sanitary fixture
What does SVTR mean ?

A vent pipe that is vertical

Portion below the highest horizontal branch drain that connects to it.
