Can a defender shake the rim/backboard (touch the rim) while a shot is in progress?
No they may not - this is a defensive goaltending violation if the shot still has an opportunity to score
Can the ball enter the basket from below?
No, it’s treated as an oob violation and opposing team will take the ball out on the sideline at FT line extended
Can a player set a screen while standing OOB? Is this an offensive foul or OOB violation?
This is an OOB violation and no they cannot set a screen while being OOB
What must an offensive player do if they go OOB on their own volition before they catch the ball?
they must have at least one foot inbounds before catching the ball
